Abercrombie & Fitch’s Hollister brand has unveiled its Holiday 2015 campaign and it’s promising to be more than the usual overdose of snow and Christmas trees.
So, what do we get instead? Cody Simpson, and his new Coast House bandmates Corey Harper and Adrian Cota.
So far, so un-Christmasy. Does it get any more festive? No, thank goodness (hey, I LOVE Christmas but I’m getting my seasonal satisfaction from the Sainsbury’s Mog campaign thank you very much).
Anyway, back with Hollister. As part of the campaign, customers will have access to surprise events, musical performances and exclusive content across the brand’s social and digital channels all season long. Check out #Instajoy.
To kick-off the campaign, Hollister has released a film featuring a recent Coast House jam session on a rooftop in Manhattan Beach, California (again, no snow!). In addition to behind-the-scenes footage of the band and their friends, the film includes music from Cody and Coast House.
And of course, Cody and co are all wearing Hollister, including plaid shirts, scarves, parkas and padded jackets (that’s the nearest we get to any hint of cold weather).
Cody and Coast House are also helping Hollister launch its philanthropic campaign with non-profit organisation Operation Warm on December 1. Follow @hollisterco on Twitter for more details.
